Step 6: Cancellation Policy & Waivers

Notification of registration cancellation and refund requests must be submitted no later than April 17th, 2024 via email to: [email protected].

No refund requests are possible after this deadline unless your spot can be filled by someone on a waitlist.

You can transfer your registration to someone else up to May 13th, 2024.
