You can cancel your registration – for any reason – up to 7 days prior to the event by logging in to your account or sending an email to: [email protected].

No refund requests are possible after this deadline unless your spot can be filled by someone on a waitlist.

You can transfer your registration to someone else up to 1 day prior to the event by visiting the event registration page.
