"From the Jump Seat to the Right Seat: Preparing Officers to Effectively Lead Companies" Rob Fisher & Ryan Scellick

Taking the step from the back seat to right seat can be one of the most challenging transitions in a firefighter’s career. Knowing how to lead, follow, mentor, coach, discipline and establish a company direction, can be overwhelming if you are unprepared. Too many fire officers have been given little direction on how to lead effectively, on and off the fire ground.

In this course Ryan and Rob will break down how to create high performing, high functioning and highly cohesive teams. How to set a course direction for your company that creates buy in and cohesion. This course is designed for future, new and current company officers.
