26 - PUGS 2026

Formerly the Lake Effect Fire Conference,
proudly rebranded as PUGS, honoring the legacy of Elkhart Fire Captain
Adam "Pugslee" Kuspa.

Now in its fifth year, the conference remains firmly aligned with the mission of FireNuggets and our Lake Effect affiliate serving Michiana: delivering high-impact, high-quality fire service training at the lowest possible cost. This two-day event blends classroom lectures with hands-on instruction, offering a well-rounded selection of topics for firefighters of all ranks at premier local facilities. You’ll leave re-energized, better prepared, and more effective on the fireground.

Only 100 registrations will be sold!
